I can not express how grateful I am for Esmi and Leila!!!!!, I haven’t had to rent an apt for 10+ years, so the whole process is new to me. These 2 ladies were not only very patient with helping me but took the time to make sure I understood everything without making me feel stupid. From the application process all the way to signing my lease, they made this scary experience easy for me to do. They also made me feel very welcomed in the community, after moving in they both were still available for me to bug with many annoying questions. The best part is they both made me feel “normal” again. Being out of a home with children can make a mom feel a type of way, but they fixed that! Not once did I feel like I was being judged, treated less than, or as if I was just another statistic. The warm feeling they gave me made me feel like I was exactly where I needed to be. I didn’t get the receptionist name but she too was very helpful, made sure I was taken care of. It was a busy day when I came in, so I was able to observe how some tenants were being treated, and I must say the 3 of them (plus the maintenance man) were all friendly and informative, the maintenance guy was willing to speak with tenant and explained everything to her and gave her the reassurance she needed while waiting for repairs. Also spoke with a Tenant and she seemed very pleased with living here. I am excited to meet my new neighbors and allow my children to finish their education here in Washington. Thank you again Esmi and Leila for your outstanding services.

So lovely here the apartments are beautiful everyone so friendly and helpful especially two love ladies in the office esme and one w beautiful black hair she was very sweet and kind to my kids and offered books and colors for them while we filled out some things 10/10 all around

I have had such a great experience with the office staff and maintenance! I asked for someone to take a look at my freezer and smoke alarm, and Skyler promptly replaced the motor and switched out all the batteries in the smoke detectors. He was so nice and patient, and everything has been working great since!

I just moved into Red Rock at Sienna Hills and the process was a lot easier than expected. I am so grateful for Karissa Bryson. I am comfortable now, I feel at home for the first time in a very long time. I feel safe knowing the ladies in the office there are doing their best to keep everything around here safe for the kids. The pool is very clean. The walls in the home, cupboards, and under the sinks look very nice. The counter tops look new. It looks fresh, smells fresh and all the appliances look great. The AC works, I'm happy.

I've lived here for a year now, and it's been a great place to call home. The community is well maintained, and whenever I've had questions or needed assistance, the office staff has been kind and helpful. Laila took the time to review my lease with me and made sure I understood everything. She is very sweet, patient, and professional. Esmi has also been incredibly sweet, friendly, and helpful whenever I've needed anything. Their kindness and willingness to help have made my experience here even better. I'm grateful for all their support and would definitely recommend this apartment community to others! Also shout out to Grant as well, he was very kind and helped replace my garbage disposal quickly. Very kind people all around, I absolutely love it here!

I’d like to start off by thanking Esmi for being such a fantastic manager. She made the move-in process incredibly smooth for my family and helped us every step of the way with the paperwork. She is always respectful, informative, and highly responsive—she even quickly resolved an issue we had with THE loud rude neighbors above us. The maintenance team is also second to none; they always respond right away to emergencies and are incredibly punctual. This is a wonderful place to live, especially if you are starting out and saving up for a house, or if you just want a place that genuinely feels like home. I would absolutely move here again. Thank you so much, Esmi, and the entire team for everything!
