I’d like to start off by thanking Esmi for being such a fantastic manager. She made the move-in process incredibly smooth for my family and helped us every step of the way with the paperwork. She is always respectful, informative, and highly responsive—she even quickly resolved an issue we had with THE loud rude neighbors above us. The maintenance team is also second to none; they always respond right away to emergencies and are incredibly punctual. This is a wonderful place to live, especially if you are starting out and saving up for a house, or if you just want a place that genuinely feels like home. I would absolutely move here again. i had an amazing experience moving in here. Karissa was so incredibly helpful and kind throughout our entire process from the application to the day we moved in! we came from very far out of state and the staff has done an incredible job making things as seamless as possible. maintenance staff has been very helpful and responsive which i appreciated a lot since this was my first time moving. the area is beautiful and in a great spot in town. the views are insane even from the first floor of my building! could not recommend this place more!

My wife and I lived here when we first got married. We lived here for about 3 years from 2021-2024. We loved living here, the apartments are very nice. The front office ladies were very friendly, maintenance was very helpful, responsive, and excellent at communicating. We loved the pool area and gym. The apartments are in a prime location, close to town, easy access to the freeway, and a very convenient connection to nearby walking trails. Would give more stars if I could.

I moved in right before Thanksgiving 2025 & I love it. I'm disabled & lucked to get an ADA unit which has greatly increased my quality of life. I've met new friends & every interaction with staff has been great. Esmi , Shae & Carissa in the office are so friendly & know me by name. Maintenance is very responsive. Grant was over just yesterday for my A/C & when he realized it was a bigger issue, had the vendor at my apt that evening to recharge the coolant so I slept cool last night. A pet friendly complex is like nirvana in this area. I highly recommend it for anyone.
