I have lived here for a year now and I have no bad things to say about this place! Esmi is a great help and answers any questions I have. She made our renewal fast and efficient. She also has such a good personality and made my husband and I feel important and cared about. The maintenance team, especially Adam is always nice and says hi. Any work orders I have are taken care of in a timely manner. The rest of the staff is also always friendly and ready to help out! I have lived in Utah my whole life and this is by far my favorite apartments I have rented.

Maintenance rockstars
Just want to mention that while I have not had problems, per se, the couple of maintenance issues I have had were addressed quickly and thoroughly. Skyler and Brian have communicated with me through the process and handled things very professionally. Really pleased with everything!!

So much gratitude!
Finding this place was a gift! And while the process wasn’t necessarily easy or short, it was worth it. These ladies, Shea, Esmi, and Cortney were kind, attentive and patient with me. They answered all of my questions and went out of their way to help me get into my new home here! Which, by the way, is big and beautiful and has a lovely view. I am forever grateful!! 🥰

I really can’t begin to describe how great it was interacting and staying here for the time that I did. Customer service was fantastic from one of the workers named Shea. All in all great place and great people.
