What are the lease terms?

We offer one year leases.

What does it cost to move in?

Move-in costs consist of; Security deposit, Pro-Rated Rent, as well as any other Pro-rated Wi-Fi and animal charges.

Are utilities included in the cost?

Water, Sewer and Trash are included in the rental amount, Tenant pays for Electricity and Wi-Fi.

What's your pet policy?

Red Rock at Sienna Hills is a Pet friendly community, Our pet deposit is $400.00 plus $55.00 per month Pet rent. Please call the front office for our Breed Restrictions 

What is your guest policy?

Guests are more than welcome, they must be accompanied by a lease holder to use any of the amenities. If they are here for more than 14 consecutive days a year they would then be considered a tenant and would need to be added to the lease agreement.
